This guy dresses up as the Night Watchman and gives you a tour of the city. According to him when you are poor, "You need to come up with good ideas." Thus he invented this tour. 9 bucks a head 30 in a group x2 groups a night x everyday ...not bad... Back in the days of the 'Night Watchman' he would walk the streets at night to keep the city safe but also to watch for fires. Fire was one of the worst things that could happen to a city and he was the 'fire alarm'
