Whatch out Victoria Secret..."Pull to inflate bra"

I'm thinking this is a way cute picture of Sport and me...until I noticed the rip-cord hanging out of my cleavage. Indy said it should be the new Victoria Secret bra P.T.I. "Pull to Inflate"...Seriously I had my tiny camera with me and no where else to put it...I just didn't realize I left the evidence hanging out.

"Cute little shit"

That's a direct quote....Sport came with some excessive dose of stuborness on that extra 21st chromosome. He kicked screamed and basically FREAKED out about putting this helmet on. We almost didn't go because he was about to get the time out of his life....but at last the mommy won out.

When his teacher asked if he wanted to do his school work or put his head down on his desk he said, "head down on desk". "NO" at the top of his lungs is his favorite thing to say. I dragged him kicking and screaming into the restaurant tonight because he didn't like our choice; (the smart little bugger knows they don't serve french fries)...and if he simply doesn't want to do, what you want him to do, he sits down in the middle of the sidewalk, hallway, road, where-ever and refuses to move. Yes sometimes it's cute and other days it makes me bonkers, but I sure love his little bum!

HOw big are you?

Should I be worried? My baby is almost the same height and arm span as a gorilla. HE IS 8! Love the Zoo (once a year) Thanks for the fun field trip Master, I love your guts!

Memorial Weekend

When your friends and family call and volunteer yes I said volunteer to come to the cabin for Memorial weekend full on knowing that it is a work weekend, that is a SWEET Deal! Ok, there was some playing involved. Thanks Chaudoins, Shermans, Mark & Jana, and Cass Teaching the boys to work. They got the electric sanders in hand and I was a little worried I wasn't going to have a railing left.

Sue gettin' after the staples stuck in the beam
You can't tell from the picture but this is Kevin and Brian pulling out of their bags the exact same drill to go to work.... they may not be next door neighbors anymore, but some things don't change.

Master taking the wheel
Cass and Princess Pie kicking up the mud

Games and more games

Third time is the charm.

Sport attended afternoon kindergarten this year which meant he had his mornings free to still attend his old kindermusic pre-school. This was his third year with Miss Angela. I am eternally grateful to this woman for taking a chance with Remy. I know he required extra help and she has been amazing. Angela could get him saying his letters and numbers far before the speech therapist could. How do you say thank you for that kind of impact. WE love you Miss Angela

Happy Mothers Day Mom - The Best Days With You

My Mothers Day

Mothers Day was wonderful! Gifts from the kids, breakfast and my honey surprised me with a picture of the temple and a new golf bag (guess I better learn how to golf). I could wax on about motherhood, but I listened to Taylor Swift's song the Best Day and cried all the way to work on Friday, and that's enough emotional stuff for me. I have been blessed with a wonderful mom, mother-in-law and many other 'moms' in my life. I feel truly privileged that Heavenly Father has entrusted me with the sacred calling of motherhood for my own three kids.Gifts from the kidsFrom my mom - have you ever seen gardening supplies look so good!!!Suprise Happy 80th for Brian's mom Niece Sarah, Lila and Dena

Could you just vote please!

Ok so I've never done a poll, and the one listed here to your right is a bit random but I am curious. I had a conversation with a very cute girl and she made that comment that every girl goes through an anorexia phase or a binging and purging phase. hmmm I must live in a bubble. In high school we did weigh-ins for drill team and keeping my weight down at times was more stressful than others but I never starved or binged and purged. HOWEVER I did develop this nocturnal habit that I eat-sleepwalk. It started my first year of drill team. Without realizing it if I didn't consume enough calories during the day I would get up and have a bowl of cereal or crackers or whatever and some nights I don't even know I've done it. So Random! Even more nuts; is that I still do it. But these days I'm not dancing my toes off and burning calories like crazy, instead I have this nice muffin top addition to my jeans.. gotta love your 30's

Try Try and Try again

For two years we have come away from the Karate School tournament without a trophy. Every year it is a devastating thing. I prayed prayed and prayed that Master would get one this year. First, second or third it didn't matter as along as he got one. He took second in the weapons division. In two other events he was a finalist, but it didn't matter he had the one golden boy and he was happy.
